  • Abstract
    This article presents a detailed model and analysis of wind turbine based on double fed induction generator (DFIG) including cable line to the point of common coupling (PCC). The vector control system is based on the multiscalar model of the machine. Active and reactive power transients on generator terminals and PCC are showed. The cable line parameters influence to the reactive power compensation issues and reactive power compensation limitation related to the rotor current are presented.
