  • Abstract
    DEPFET pixel detector will be used in Belle II experiment at SuperKEKB B-factory. We have designed two ASICs that will be used for the readout of DEPFET modules: the high-voltage row-control chip - SWITCHERB and the multi-channel ADC chip - DCDB. Both chips will be explained and the results obtained with test-systems presented.
