Abstract :
This paper presents a description of a rightly justified model for the teaching and learning of communicative writing skills as being implemented in the engineering degrees for ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) at our university. The model adopts a holistic and integrated service-orientated approach, by considering in a structured, formal and transversal way all key aspects involved, namely pedagogical, organizational and technological. The several ICT engineering curricula involved taken as a whole as the target implementation domain for the proposed model.
