Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. The complete presentation was not made available for publication as part of the conference proceedings. In the concluding session of the 25th Conference on Software Engineering Education and Training, we will start by quickly reviewing and summarizing the workshops, tutorials, keynotes, paper sessions, and panels from all three days. In particular, we will identify key points that have been raised in the various sessions, and look for themes and recommendations for the future. We will recognize outstanding papers and presentations as part of this session, too. Next, we will take a look at the year ahead. Next year, CSEE&T will be held in San Francisco, USA, collocated with ICSE. Between now and that time, of course, the organizing committee, program committee, and all the authors, workshop organizers, tutorial leaders, and everyone else will need to do their work, marching to the drumbeat of the conference schedule. To help make sure that we do the best possible job, we will consider what is needed and start to put together what we can. Be careful! The program committee chairs will probably be collecting volunteers for the program committee again. Finally, we will look at steps that each of us can take as we go back to our daily work to encourage improved education and training in software engineering. We will consider possible areas for research and collaboration suggested in the workshops and panels, and talk about ways that we can continue the exchanges and discussions that started at CSEET 2012. Because while the conference may be over, the ideas and excitement do not have to stop as we walk out of the conference hall. We can take them with us, and let them continue to influence us in our daily work, if we choose to. It´s up to you.
