Algorithms of setup operation for measuring the materials permittivity in millimeter wave range

In this paper the principles of algorithms functioning for the setup operation in a real-time, positioning of stepper motor mirror reflector, automated determination of normal incidence angle and filtering and processing of data were described. The proposed algorithms were used to improve the process of the permittivity measurement in the millimeter wave range. The approbation of setup was performed on samples of quartz crystals and optical glass.
