  • Abstract
    In this paper the analysis methods and tools for building recommender systems performed. Developed and researched methods of data mining to solve the problems of forecasting recommendations: cluster analysis, association rules, fuzzy set theory. These methods are used in the overall scheme of collaborative filtering.
