  • Abstract
    Discusses the operations of the Road Environment Perception Lab of Toyota CRDL. This group belongs to the division for safety technologies for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) and autonomous driving. More specifically, the group focuses on the research and development of technologies to perceive and interpret the road environment based on camera, Radar/Lidar, GPS sensors and their combinations. A broad spectrum of research is conducted, ranging from hardware-oriented development to algorithm-based software methodologies.
