Abstract :
Summary form only given. Graphene is the one-dimensional form of carbon and exhibits a considerable number of new and sometimes mysterious optical and electronic effects that have not been observed in other materials, such as zero-band-gap semi-conductivity with a high carrier mobility, high optical transparency and high tensile strength. Due to these properties, graphene have been used in many fields such as sensors, nano-electronics, electrode materials for electrochemical capacitors and lithium ion batteries, and solar cells. In this study, rf-rotating plasma modification of the graphene was carried out with in-situ polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene onto material surface for further applications. The PEDOT-modified graphene were characterized with FTIR, SEM-EDS, XRD and TGA analysis.
