Abstract :
As the penetration of wind generation increases, the effects of ramping events on power system security become serious. In order to improve the output characteristics of wind generation, wind farms coordination control based on contribution index is proposed to ensure wind farms to respond to scheduling plan of virtual power plant (VPP). Based on the power regulation amount of wind farms, regulation speed and the ability to maintain power output, four contribution indexes are proposed as payoffs of the game and the foundation of derivation of Nash equilibrium for the next study. The four contributions at least are combined with two elements of the three, i.e., regulation performance element, power support ability element and punishment element. Finally, the best contribution index of the four will be given to guarantee effective regulation strategy the best one among effective regulation strategy, under regulation strategy and over regulation strategy. The simulation shows that the contribution index consisting of regulation performance element, power support ability element and punishment element makes wind farms choose effective regulation strategy willingly and actively to reduce the control errors of scheduling plan of virtual power plant.
