Researches on intelligent pre-alarm/alarm system for inland rivers shipping

In order to further improve the level of intellectualization and informatization for inland river ships, this paper defines the concept of intelligent pre-alarm/alarm system for inland rivers shipping, and puts forward the structure of the system. According to the information provided by ship navigation equipment and shore-based cloud services platform, designs 12 kinds of types, voice service contents and icons of intelligent pre-alarm/alarm, and introduces two intelligent pre-alarm/alarm--bridge area pre-alarm/alarm and abnormal aids to navigation alarm. Finally, it shows abnormal aids to navigation alarm display effects of “voice, warning light and icon”. This system can realize intelligent pre-alarm/alarm function in the whole voyage of ship, promoting the development of “Intelligent Transportation” and “Safe Transportation” for inland waterway.
