Abstract :
Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC) is a new paradigm that extends the performance of mobile terminals and enables the deployment of applications, previously not feasible, to find their way to mobile users gaining fully from cloud processing power. Unfortunately, mobile networks are characterized by limited and varying bandwidth and large latency. These wireless network features affect the whole MCC experience and substantially affect mobile cloud-based rich media applications. An important issue that should be discussed at this level; How to ensure acceptable Quality of Experience (QoE) for end users despite mobile network condition. In this paper, we will go through research proposals for QoE enhancement, modeling and management for different mobile cloud services.
