    Through the analysis of the all new ambulation study environment under the technique of the 3G and cloud calculation blend, and put forward design speculation of the ambulation study terrace and the system structure function structure diagram according to 3 G technique and cloud calculation, and pointed out the improvement measure and usage foreground of ambulation study terrace.
