Abstract
E-learning is emerging as the new paradigm of modern education involves the information and communication technologies to deliver teaching and learning materials. Learning Management System (LMS) is becoming increasingly important in the delivery of higher education and enhances the learning efficiency and opportunities. E-learning systems provide more specific learning materials with required quality. A survey was conducted to investigate the infrastructure factors affecting for e-learning practice of students in Wayamba University (WU). Considering factor analysis the variables were classified into technology experience and internet access tools. Required skills, accessibility, resources and the perception are adequate to implement a system within University. Our results demonstrated the two strong influences of e-learning confidence and e-learning training on e-learning adoption is not required in the university when implementing a new system.
