Network public opinion evaluation based on grey target decision with the positive and negative bull´s-eyes

The network of public opinion has reflected more and more influence to government and society. A new multi-indicator grey target decision model with the positive and negative bull´s-eye is studied. We propose the method and its algorithmic steps, then evaluate and rank the influence of the network public opinions, by the number of news and microblogging messages.
