Research and evaluation for municipal road low carbon transportation —based on multi-hierarchical grey evaluation method

Based on previous research & results at home and abroad, this article builds a municipal road low carbon transportation evaluating index system that consist of 24 indicators in 4 hierarchies with vehicles, infrastructure, policy management and transportation environment. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Theory, we set up a multi-hierarchy evaluation system. Through practical evaluation on the municipal road low carbon transportation of Nanjing, test and verify the practicability of such evaluation index system, provide the foundation for measuring and evaluating municipal road low carbon transportation.
