  • Abstract
    The administrations members of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) will decide at the next World Radiocommunication Conference in November 2015 (WRC15) on the adoption of a continuous reference time scale concluding a long discussion on a possible redefinition of Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) without leap seconds.
