Abstract :
In this paper, experimental set up details and the main experimental issues of femtosecond Stimulated Raman Spectroscopy implementation are reported. In addition, preliminary steps towards nonlinear microscopy in biological sample are described. First, the integration of femtosecond Stimulated Raman Spectroscopy in a laser scanning microscope and, then, label free imaging of polystyrene-beads are demonstrated.
