Abstract
A super-miniaturized resonator antenna is presented in this paper. Miniaturization is achieved by designing a new antenna configuration and applying high permittivity materials. The antenna size is smaller than λ/10, while stable radiation patterns as well as low cross polarization levels over the impedance bandwidth are observed. The proposed approach is very suitable for designing compact antennas which are desirable for many modern wireless communications and sensing systems.
