Abstract
A recursive method is presented for finding the fields scattered by a multilayered spheroid excited by a time-harmonic dipole. The proposed analytical technique uses the extended boundary condition method with spheroidal basis functions. The fields radiated by an electric dipole near a 3-layered human-body model in the UHF band are calculated and compared to the fields found by a numerical method.
