Experimental research on polysaccharide precipitation in Ophiopogonis japonicus liquid

The medical solution such as Chinese medicine injection is a complicated mixed solution which is closely related to people´s life. With the increasing emphasis on health, improving the quality of medicine such as Chinese medicine injection has become an important problem in the research field of Chinese medicine production. In this article, Ophiopogon japonicus is the study object, and the precipitation process of Ophiopogon japonicus polysaccharide is studied through experiments. Experiments are divided into two parts: one is to separate polysaccharide from the Ophiopogon japonicus liquid by alkaline hydrolysis - alcohol deposition method; the other is to detect the mass of polysaccharide by phenol - sulfuric acid method.
