  • Abstract
    Non-powered vessels cannot use own power to fight with typhoon. Therefore, it´s very dangerous for non-powered vessels when the typhoon is coming. This paper focuses on the mooring safety of non-powered vessels, use famous mooring analysis software Optimoor to calculate the force on various environment of wind, current and wave, at last, gives the standards for effective anti-typhoon mooring operation. The standards of anti-typhoon mooring system have significance effect on the safe mooring of non-powered vessels for the shipyard and on improving the safety management levels for relevant departments of government.
