Abstract :
Psychological aspects of engineers´ training in the context of activities for the analysis of initial requirements, and also influence of features of memory on a choice of training technologies are considered in this article. The analysis procedure of initial requirements of trainees including the analysis of the socio-demographic characteristics according to A. Meletsinek, the emotional relation to a profession, basic knowledge and experience of the personality is considered. The special attention is paid to the analysis of psychological characteristics of group and certain trainees. The existing types of memory and its influence on training process are considered in the article. Process of storing at the different functional-temporal levels of memory is presented schematically. According to the considered features of memory recommendations for teachers for developing technologies of engineers´ training in a technical higher educational institution which allow to use memory features for optimization of educational material retention are formulated.
