Abstract :
In order to find a new opportunity to improve the qualification of the technical teachers in the frame of researches of the MADI Laboratory of Research in the Engineering Pedagogy (MADI LREP) the program “Burnout decreasing by engineering pedagogy methods” is proposed. A new approach developed in the MADI LREP contains recommendations how to decrease teachers´ burnout inside of their professional activity. These recommendations contain conditions of interactive educational methods of Engineering Pedagogy use. In this paper there are results of five year investigation of MADI teachers´ burnout.
