Abstract :
Si3N4 horizontal slot waveguide with SiO2 cladding is designed to achieve flat negative dispersion (<;-600 ps/(nm·km)) over octave-spanning bandwidth from 782 to 2100 nm. Its maximal propagation loss for wavelength up to 2100nm is <;0.18dB/cm.
