Abstract :
Lupus is autoimmune heterogeneous disease and also a multi system disorder which predominantly affects women. There is no specific diagnostic test to predict Lupus and the diagnosis remains a clinical one, depends on a combination of clinical and laboratory features. Data mining is the use of sophisticated data analysis tools to discover previously unknown, hidden, valid patterns and relationships in large and complex data set. The function of data mining tools is machine learning, statistical models, and machine learning methods. Data mining is a process of collection and managing data and the task includes analysis and prediction. Lupus can be predicted earlier and the precautions can be suggested. Decision Tree is one of the best classification method used to predict easily.
