Abstract :
This paper describes the Enhanced Management of Orders and Conflicts (EMOC) process used for handling all Canadian Federal government RADARSAT-2 data ordering requests. A brief background and history is given as to how the EMOC process came to be developed and implemented. We then briefly describe the EMOC process as it is carried out and provide an example illustration of the results. Finally, we provide a summary of the benefits realized by the implementation of the EMOC process within the Government of Canada.
