Abstract
On-board atomic clock provides the time reference for generating and measuring the navigation signal and its performance has a direct effect on the accuracy of positioning and timing when using these broadcast signals. In this paper we establish and verify a linear failure model of navigation signal generation caused by atomic clock anomalies which can be used for assessing the navigation signal quality and studying the approach of satellite autonomous integrity monitoring.
