Abstract
This proposal presents a method to validate the usability of an interactive system based on the use case specification. The proposed method is based on a taxonomic classification of the activity that aims to support the incorporation of Human Computer Interaction (HCI) in the processes of software development. To validate the method, a use case specification for a transactional interactive system is chosen. Discussion of the results is aimed at providing improvements proposed in terms of variables related to the interaction and the potential the method has to improve the incorporation of HCI from the use cases through the activity taxonomy.
