Abstract :
This paper establishes a complete marine fuel system model, and gives a sparse matrix solver algorithm to calculate the pipe network flow and pressure of each branch node based on mathematical modeling thought mechanism analysis. In order to get accurate simulated results, fuel´s viscosity-temperature curve can fit Chebyshev curve adaptively even when change the oil. With the using of object-oriented technology develop distributed visual simulation system, achieving the dynamic response of the system state and ensure adequate simulation accuracy. Now model has been successfully applied to large-scale full-function DMS turbine simulator and is highly recognized by the national maritime sector.
