  • Abstract
    In this paper we examine different scalar vulnerability metrics that account for system topology and power injection profile. We pose calculable metrics related to the ratio of power disrupted along a cutset to the number of lines on a cutset. It is intended that the metrics can be used to assess the system´s susceptibility to large disturbances.
