  • Abstract
User satisfaction can be a key measure of computer system success. In Internet of Things, systems aim to satisfy users by assigning suitable process sequence to massive services under users´ dynamic influence. However, it´s hard to achieve this goal if users´ dynamic influence is not carefully considered. Users influence services by whether they purchase the services or not. And, users´ mutable purchase orders lead to dynamic influence. So, in this paper, we focus on users´ dynamic influence and propose a dynamic priority assignment algorithm through service data distribution forecasting and user satisfaction based regulation. Simulation results reveal that the proposed algorithm performs better than fixed priority assignment algorithm which assigns priorities by pre-defined, fixed rules in adjusting to users´ dynamic influence on services and guaranteeing a high user satisfaction.
