  • Abstract
    Pre-dispersed spectral inversion enables ~2.7dB, ~2.3dB, and ~1.6dB improvements for SSMF, LAPSCF, and TWC based uniform fiber links, respectively. Non-uniform links employing 50% mixing (worst-case) enable ~1.3dB and ~0.5dB improvements for SSMF/LAPSCF and SSMF/TWC fiber-mixes.
