  • Abstract
    In-service wavelength tuning at ONUs provides advanced-network functions of dynamic wavelength allocation (DWA) in WDM/TDM-PONs. Based on DWA usage cases, we present a hitless l-tuning sequence and backup wavelength pre-assignment as keys in next-generation multi-service convergence access networks.
