Abstract
A compact 3D shape measurement device with high accurate and high-speed was proposed by authors. In this paper, a real-time and wide-range 3D shape measurement using the linear LED fringe projector is shown. This projector can switch two pitches quickly. The principle of an algorithm to obtain the 3D point cloud in real-time and wide-range with a whole-space tabulation method is explained. The experimental results of the wide-range shape measurement are shown.
