Abstract :
Relevance of the questions connected to improvement of quality of provision of specific images with using of aeromonitoring. Need of enhancement of technologies of coding of a video stream is justified. Creation of a method for an assessment of algorithmic complexity for a method of processing of basic frames on the basis of diagonal-uneven positional coding of transformants in nonequilibrium base of the bases will be organized. Feature of the created technology from a position of algorithmic implementation is that diagonals have non-uniform length, quantity of discharges on codegrams are selected by diagonal non-uniform principle. Is shown that complexity of algorithmic implementation of the developed method of compression of basic frames is in the linear dependence from the frame size and generally is defined by the number of operations falling on execution of two-dimensional cosine transformation. The carried-out comparative assessment showed prospects of the created method on the basis of diagonal-uneven positional coding of transformants concerning its algorithmic complexity.
