Abstract
This paper describes the theory and technique for reducing the size of an antenna through the use of fractals. This fork shape fractal antenna can be used in satellite communications, terrestrial communications, and space communications and radar system. The dimensions of the proposed antenna are 42×42×3.26 mm. FR4_epoxy material is used as the substrate. The proposed antenna has the return loss, of -23.25dB, -17.37dB and -21.57dB at an operating frequency of 17.76GHz, 19.51GHz and 21.15GHz.
