  • Abstract
    This paper presents the work to build a software system that could be used to monitor and control home appliances. The main objective of the system is to reduce the electricity bill of residential buildings while preserving user´s comfort. In addition to describing the system design authors present developed smart home algorithms as main contribution in this paper.
