Abstract :
By considering properties of the arc, heat and radioactive phenomena and air blow, a simplified simulation model is introduced to investigate relations of the pressure and arc power. Influence of different wall parameters such as shape and materials are considered in the simulation model. According to the simplified simulation model, the corresponding experiment model is established to measure the pressure and arc power in arc interrupting process with different wall parameters. By comparing relations of pressure and arc power, the experiment results verify the validity of the simulation model.
