Surveying the electronic components purchasing group of automotive business in R Company and analyzing the status and problems of electronic components supplier evaluation of R Company, this paper established the index for the evaluation model of electronic components supplier and proposed a method which combined AHP (analytic hierarchy process) and DEA (data envelopment analysis) to evaluated electronic components supplier based on discussion about the traits of electronic components and automotive electronic components industry. Finally, based on the model and method above, this paper did an empirical analysis using the purchasing data of R Company. The good evaluation effect made this research more practical and feasible and the related research findings may be available for some analogous companies as a reference.
