  • Abstract
    Metal-transparent-metallic-oxide (MTMO) grayscale photomasks fabricated by laser-induced oxidization are studied based on three stages oxidation theories and absorbed laser power density distribution. The calculated fabrication diameter is consistent with the experimental fabrication size.
