  • Abstract
    The organization of rainy day traffic flow will appear a certain confusion especially in moderate rain or more rainfall, causing a large number of bus passengers gathered at bus stops. By means of the data acquisition and analysis of the site passenger cell phone signal, we can match the sites where having more passengers with bus lines. The bus dispatching department can conduct temporary scheduling to reduce crowding bus stops. This article firstly introduces the main characteristic of mobile technology and mobile phone signal data, and puts forward the phone signaling data of the passengers on bus stations in rainy day, providing the reference suggestion for the bus temporary scheduling. Finally, we analyze the feasibility of bus dispatching using mobile phone signaling data on rainy days.
