The Demand Analysis of Vocational Education in BaZhou Employment Structure Evolution

Employment structure is a decisive factor in vocational education, in turn, vocational education directly promotes the employment growth. Therefore, the development strategy of vocational education should be determined based on the changing trend of labor employment structure. This paper researches the changing trend of BaZhou employment structure and its impact on vocational education. It emphasizes the development scale, development level and major establishment keep pace with the BaZhou employment structure, to make mutual promotion, reflect the educational advantages and features of Higher Vocational Colleges, and thus provide references to further solve the employment problem in BaZhou.
