Abstract
This project proposes a study and implementation of a low-cost Vehicle-to-vehicle Communication (V2V) using the concept of Visible Light Communication (VLC). By modulating the vehicle´s tail lights, it is possible to transmit event-based messages with the current status of the car. To achieve this, a miniature model was created using high-bright LEDs and controlled environmental conditions to avoid external interferences.
