Abstract :
The main characteristic of human activity at the beginning of the XXI century is a rapid growth of energy consumption. As one of the most promising environment-friendly renewable energy sources should be recognized solar energy which provides direct conversion of the solar energy into electrical energy [1, 2]. Over the past 20-30 years, the average growth rate of solar power engineering has been of about 25%. Such an intensive growth is due both to production expansion and to development of new structures and working principles of photoelectric converters. Due to the launch of a number of major projects on solar power engineering in Russia, such as company Hevel Solar in Novocheboksarsk for the production of 1 million thin film solar modules with an efficiency of about 10%, the need for specialists associated not only with staffing of newly organized production, but also with design of new photoelectric converters with higher efficiency which will be competitive on the world market.
