Abstract
Nowadays in many countries there is a lack of physicians in hospitals and those which are employed in different hospitals are overwhelmed by different duties and by the high number of patients. Sometimes due to the lack of time they are helped by other medical staff to fill the patient observation sheet and many times some of the observations are omitted from the observation sheet. In order to solve this problem, the paper proposes an electronic patient clinical observation sheet, which can drastically improve the time spent by the physician to fill the evolution of the patient and the medical recommendations. The physician observations are recorded in audio files which later are converted to text using cloud technologies and added to the observation sheet, this allows the physician to use the time in an efficient manner, avoids some problems related to malpractice, and uses security standards to keep the confidentiality of the medical records.
