Abstract :
We report on a novel technique for the imaging of fast rotating blades such as those of a helicopter rotor, based on Orthogonal Matching Pursuit (OMP) technique and matched j filtering, as well as the use of a tilted-wire scatterer model, rather ; than the traditional point scatterer model. Parameters of the model atoms may also provide new efficient metrics for automatic target classification of targets with fast rotating blades.
