Abstract
There are three stages in the supply chain of knowledge management: knowledge creation, knowledge storage, and knowledge retrieval by a user. The author describes how, while much of the discussion of knowledge organization and management focuses on the use of computers for electronic storage, there are many other steps that depend on the level of collaboration exercised by the process
