  • Abstract
    The VCSEL using the Coumarin6 as the active layer was fabricated by the wafer bonding method, and measured by the blue LD pumping under pulsed condition. The laser emission was observed at the wavelength of 545 nm. The obtained threshold pump power and estimated threshold current density were about 160 mW and 3.2 kA/cm2.
