  • Abstract
    We devise an integrated lightwave circuit for the Mach-Zehnder Interferometric phase stabilization in a high-frequency carrier generation. With this integrated-circuit-based system, we demonstrate a data transmission with 1-Gbit/s binary phase-shift keying at the carrier frequency of 12.5 GHz.
