Abstract
Summary form only given. Nowadays the R&D structures have an important role in the turbulent markets. They produce innovations and knowledge which can be use to increase the companies´ competitivity and the nations´ wealth. This document deals with the measuring of performance of public research structures; in particular the aim is to measure the endogenous performance with a quali-quantitative approach. The endogenous performance is the perception which the internal elements (researchers) have of the scientific activity of R&D structure. It is countered by the exogenous performance, which is based on the analysis of administrative and scientific documents
